Some initial climbing through Constantia takes you up to Constantia Nek and through most of the Kirstenbosch corridor situated in the world famous Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens. Bicycling Magazine summed it up perfectly describing the ride as “…more than just a gateway from the city bowl trails to the southern suburbs – this hallowed piece of trail and the experience that accompanies it borders on spiritual, and takes riders deep into previously unexplored sections of Table Mountain.”
This ride takes approximately 2.5hrs with a total distance of 25km and 650m climbing.
